Legal per Farm Bill 2018 aka the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018, signed into law in December of 2018. This bill realizes the difference of what is considered Marijuana and what is considered Hemp; and exempts industrial hemp and its derivatives from the controlled substances list, thereby defining industrial hemp as any cannabis plant containing less than 0.3% delta 9 THC by dry weight.
